Disputes; Choice of Law and Forum: You and Smart Fox Home agree that any claim or cause of action linked to the Service must be filed within one year of the occurrence of the claim or cause of action; otherwise, such a cause of action will be permanently barred. These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and the laws of the United States of America.
